London, May 25 (IBNS): US Tennis star Serena Williams maintained the top spot in the WTA rankings list released on Monday.

Serena remained on the top spot with 9361 points.

Maria Sharapova and Simona Halep remained the second and third positions respectively.

Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza continued her run as the number one doubles player  in the world with 7940 points.
