Kolkata, Jan 5 (IBNS): S. Shrikrishna, a 14-year-old player from Tamil Nadu, won his maiden National Title at the BRC Gloster National Billiards & Snooker Championship 2015. In the Sub-Junior Billiards final played at the Bengal Rowing Club, he defeated the Top Seed, Ishpreet Chadha of Maharashtra.

At the end, the scoreline read: 326 (54, 55) - 283 (52).

After that Shrikrishna maintained his lead, and kept scoring at regular intervals to get closer to the national title.

Finally, the timer rang and Shrikrishna became the National Champion of the Sub-Junior Billiards category for the year 2015.

SUB-JUNIOR SNOOKER:

Shivam Parashar from Haryana beat Gujarat's player Raghav Agarwal 2-1 in a very exciting Round of 32 match in Sub-Junior Snooker category.
