Sreenjoy Majumder Category A Boys Champion of the IGU Feeder & Sub Junior Tour Final

Kolkata, Nov 8 (IBNS): Local lad Sreenjoy Majumder was declared the winner of the IGU Feeder & Sub Junior Tour Final held from Oct 25-28 at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club.

Sreenjoy beat Mumbai's overnight leader Ahaan Nath by two strokes after carding a gross total of 327 over four rounds of stroke play to take home the title.

The decision was delayed after a complaint was received with regards to Sreenjoy's playing equipment being non-conforming. However, the tournament committee followed the R&A Rules to determine Sreenjoy's clubs had no issue in accordance with the Rules of Golf.
