The pace bowler clinched five for 38 while the rest of the English wickets were shared by Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Cameron Green.

In an English scorecard which remained wanting, wicketkeeper batsman Jos Buttler (39), Ollie Pope (35) and Haseeb Hameed (25) were the top three scorers.
