Venus Williams defeats sister Serena Williams in exhibition clash

Abu Dhabi, Dec 28 (IBNS): Venus Williams showed hr masterclass as she defeated sister Serena Williams in an exhibition match at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship.

Venus defeated Serena  4-6, 6-3, 10-8  in the match.

The contest was closely fought and went to the super tie-break.

After dropping her opening serve, Venus defeated Serena to win the clash 10-8.

“This is our first match back, so what we wanted was to give it our all,” Venus was quoted as saying by Fox Sports Asia.

“Serena said I was playing well…I think we can only go up from here and that’s our plan," she said.
