Mumbai, May 19 (IBNS): West Indies pace bowler Courtney Andrew Walsh recently inaugurated the Suryadatta Fitness and Sports Academy (SFSA), an initiative by the Suryadatta Group of Institutes at its Bavdhan Campus.
SFSA has been created in order to cater to the fitness requirement of the students and residents of the nearby areas.

The inauguration was done by lighting a lamp as well as inaugurating a complete gymnasium and aerobic centre at the SFSA.

Sanjay Chordiya, Founder, President and Chairman of Suryadatta Group of Institutes said, "I always encouraged having eminent people like him visit our campus as it is highly motivating for our students."

Chordiya also conferred the Suryadatta National Award 2014 for Excellence in the field of Sports to Courtney Walsh.

Walsh said that India has extremely good spinners and added, "India can solve the problem of young pacers breaking down soon after bursting onto the scene if they maintain a higher level of fitness."

He specially spoke of Virat Kohli being an impressive batsman of the Indian cricket team.
