2 explosions hit Japan city, one killed
Tokyo, Oct 23 (IBNS): Two explosions rocked Utsunomiya city in Japan on Sunday which left at least one person dead, local media reports said.
The incidents left three others injured, reports said.
As per Japan's Kyodo News agency report, 'the person who died was found with burns to the body in Utsunomiya Joshi Park after police received a call at around 11:40 a.m. saying someone was seen engulfed in flames following the sound of a blast'.
