6.4 magnitude earthquake hits Taiwan, hotel collapses
Taipei, Feb 6 (IBNS): A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck the northeast of the city of Hualien in Taiwan on Tuesday night leading to the collapse of a hotel, media reports said.
The incident has resulted in the closure of a nearby highway.
According to local television, the Marshal Hotel in Hualien collapsed on ground.
Many people are feared trapped inside the building collapse.
