Kabul, Nov 23 (IBNS):  Ten Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers were killed and 20 others injured as a blast rocked a mosque in Afghanistan's southeastern Khost province on Friday, media reports said.

Abdullah, commander of the ANA 1st bridged, told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place during Jumma prayer at ANA headquarters.

Afghanistan has been hit by several terrorism-related attacks in recent years.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.

More details are awaited.
