"The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said in a statement Ghulam Aziz also known as Salahuddin and Abdul Wakil, an employee of a Kabul-based Madeera NGO, who orchestrated the attack, were arrested in Sang-e-Naweshta locality of Kabul," Pajhwok Afghan News reported.

"“The arrested individuals have confessed to their involvement in planning the attack,”  the agency reported quoting the statement.

According to reports, both the arrested person are active members of the Haqqani network.

Four Indians and an American were among 14 killed when gunmen stormed a guest house in Kabul last month and attacked the inmates, mostly foreigners.
