Afghanistan: Military helicopter crashes, several feared dead

Kabul, Oct 31 (IBNS): Several people are feared to have died after a  military helicopter crashed in Afghanistan's western Farah province on Wednesday, media reports said.

Some media reports said the toll stood at 25.

According to media reports, the crash took place in the vicinity of Anar Dara district.

Provincial governor’s spokesman Nasir Mehri confirmed to Khaama Press about the incident and said the helicopter has crashed due to bad weather and as a result twenty five people have died, including provincial council chief and deputy army chief for the western zone.
