Afghanistan: Road accident leaves five killed
Kabul, June 26 (IBNS): At least five people were killed in a car mishap in southern Helmand province of Afghanistan, media reports said on Tuesday.
The incident left two others injured.
Governor’s spokesman, Omar Zwak, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place in Yakhchal area of Greshk district of Helmand this morning.
“The accident happened when a long truck collapsed over two small cars,” he told the news agency, adding that a woman and a child were among five people killed and two other persons injured.
