Afghanistan suicide attack kills 19
Kabul, July 22 (IBNS) : A suicide attack in Afghanistan's northern Faryab province has killed at least 19 people while leaving 32 others wounded, media reports said on Wednesday.
The incident reportedly occurred in a busy market place.
Provincial police chief Baryalai Basharyar Parwari was quoted as saying by Khaama Press that the suicide bomber detonated his explosives around 11:45 am local time in a bid to target the security forces stationed in the market.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
