Afghanistan: Suicide bomber targets wedding party, 20 killed

Kabul, July 13 (IBNS): At least 20 people were killed as a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan on Friday, media reports said.

The Governor’s Office in a statement said a suicide bomber targeted a wedding ceremony in Pacher Agam district at around 8:30 am local time, reported Khaama Press.

The statement further added that the suicide bomber targeted the wedding party of one of the relatives of Malik Tor, one of the tribal elders of Pacher Agam, reported the news agency.

The condition of the wounded people is said to be critcial.
