Afghanistan: Two explosions rock Herat, four civilians die

Kabul: At least four civilians died in two explosions rocked Afghanistan's Herat region on Friday, media reports said.

The explosions lft 25 others injured.

Faiz Mohammad Faizan, head of Herat’s regional hospital, said five of those injured are in critical condition.

“The injured are taken care of and only five of them are in critical condition,” he told Tolo News.

According to those injured and their relatives, all the victims are civilians who had gathered at a playground where the explosions happened, reports Tolo News.

No group claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
