Afghanistan: Vehicle hits a roadside bomb,4 killed

Kabul, Oct 16 (IBNS): A civilian vehicle hit a roadside bomb in southern Helmand province of Afghanistan on Tuesday which left at least four people killed, media reports said.

Omar Zwak, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the roadside bombing took place in the Khwaja Baba area of Nawa district at around 10am.

One person was reportedly injured in the blast.

The mishap reportedly occurred when the victims were travelling to Lashkargah area in the Asian nation.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
