Kabul, July 7 (IBNS): At least three people were killed as a bomb blast rocked Afghanistan's Zabul area on Friday, media reports said.

Governor’s spokesman, Gul Islam Seyal, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the explosion happened in Juldak area of Qalat city, the provincial capital, on Friday night.

He told the Afghanistan news agency that three civilians traveling in a car from Kandahar province to Zabul were hit by the bomb and left all of them killed.

He said Taliban terrorists had planted the bomb on road.

The vehicle, in which the travellers were present, was completely destroyed by the blast.

However, Taliban did not comment yet on the incident so far, reported  Pajhwok Afghan News.
