All 29 victims released from hospital, says New York Governor

New York, Sept 18 (IBNS): Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo on Sunday said all the 29 people, who were injured in the explosion that rocked New York city in the US, have been released from the hospital.

"All 29 victims have been confirmed released from the hospital with no fatalities. We give thanks for that," Cuomo said.

He said 1,000 additional New York State Police officers and National Guard troops will be added for security of the city.


"At this time no evidence of int'l terrorism connection, but investigation is ongoing," he said.


At least 29 people were injured in an explosion at Chelsea neighborhood of New York city in the US on Saturday, officials said.
