Bangladesh: BNP-led 20-party alliance extends hartal till Friday morning

Dhaka, Mar 3 (IBNS): Continuing the ongoing political turmoil in Bangladesh, the BNP-led 20-party alliance has extended their hartal till 6 am on Friday, media reports said on Tuesday.

They are demanding for  fresh elections in the country under a non-party administration.

The alliance have continuously extended their hartal for the past few days.

"The BNP-led 20-party alliance has extended its countrywide hartal till 6:00am Friday to press home their demand for a fresh election under a non-party administration," The Daily Star reported.
