Canada: 'Was having a bad day', says driver accused of crashing car into Porsche dealership

Toronto, Jan 9 (IBNS): A 20-year old driver on Monday crashed his car into a Porsche dealership in Toronto city of Canada and he cited his breakup as the reason behind his activity, CTV News reported.

The accused said he crashed his car into the dealership as he was having a bad day after a breakup which occurred recently.

The incident occurred before 11 am.

The car hit at one of the Porsche which then hit another luxury car.

After hitting the Porsche, the accused walked in the dealership and said "Eve", the name of his ex-girlfriend with whom he broke up recently.

The accused, who was unharmed, was arrested.

Toronto Const. Jenifferjit Sidhu told CTV News said: "It is alleged that the collision was actually deliberate.There is no indication of drugs or alcohol."

The accused has been charged with dangerous operation of vehicle, two counts of mischief over $5,000 and one count of mischief under $5,000.

The driver will be produced in the court on Wednesday.
