Canada: Woman faces charge for driving slow in eastern Ontario

Toronto, Dec 8 (IBNS): A 47-year old Canadian woman has faced charge for allegedly driving slow on Highway 401 in eastern Ontario, media reports said.

The woman was allegedly driving at 60 km/hr, much below the speed limit on Highway, reports said.

Ontario Provincial police said they received number of calls against the woman for driving slow on Highway.

The police said the callers were saying the woman was in the first lane with his beams on.

Though OPP tried to move the driver to the right shoulder but had to make tandem stop to put the car with cruisers.

According to the report, the driver thought the speed limit in Highway was 50 km/her.
