Four-year-old boy accidentally shoots pro-gun activist mother in US

New York, Mar 10 (IBNS): A four-year-old boy has accidentally shot his mother, media reports said on Thursday.

The woman, identified as Jamie Gilt, is known for a strong pro-gun stance.

The shooting incident occurred on Tuesday.

She is undergoing treatment in a hospital and her condition is said to be stable.

Jamie Gilt also runs a Fcebook page named :" Jamie Gilt for Gun Sense".

The mother, identified as 31-year-old Jamie Gilt of Jacksonville, and her son were the only ones inside the truck and the boy was unharmed, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office as reported by Florida Times-Union.
