France: Cream dispenser explodes, kills fitness blogger

Paris, Jun 22 (IBNS): A popular French blogger died after a cream dispenser exploded, striking her in the chest, reports said.

Rebecca Burger, a well-known fitness, fashion and travel blogger's death was announced by her family members on social media.

Her family has stated that the blogger died in a domestic accident.

French media reported that Burger died of a heart attack following the explosion.

The blogger had amassed a good amount of fans on both her Facebook and Instagram accounts, with 55,000 and 154,000 followers respectively.

Exploding cream dispensers have caused injuries in the past too.

The most common forms are broken teeth, fractures and in a rare case loss of an eye.
