Gaza crisis: 87 Gazans killed

Gaza City, July 20 (IBNS): At least 87 people were killed in Gaza as Israeli air strikes and shelling killed more people on Sunday, media reports said.

Both the sides reported deaths on Sunday.

Israel said 13 of its soldiers have died since Saturday night during its ground offensive, taking the  number of Israeli soldiers killed in the war so far to 18.

"Gaza suffered the highest death toll since the offensive began, with at least 87 people reported killed on Sunday - 67 of them in one area" BBC reported.

The death toll has crossed 400 so far.
