Girl commits suicide in Nepal after Brazil's WC defeat
Kathmandu, July 9 (IBNS) A girl, who is a huge fan of Brazil, committed suicide in Nepal's Sunsari district after the side was crushed in the Word Cup semi-final by Germany on Wednesday, media reports said.
"Pragya Thapa of Bharaul-8 of Sunsari hung herself to death after Brazil, whom she had been supporting, lost the game," The Himalayan Times reported.
The police have started investigating into the matter.
Germany thrashed Brazil 7-1 int he semi-final clash of the ongoing World Cup here.
