Imran Khan's PTI decides to halt negotiations with govt
"According to sources, the PTI leadership made the above decision at its meeting here," Geo News reported.
“We won’t take a step back from our demands,” Imran Khan was quoted as saying by Geo News
while addressing the crowd attending the PTI’s ongoing sit-in at the Red Zone here.
Demanding Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's resignation, protesters led by Pakistan's cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan and cleric Tahir ul-Qadri demonstrated in Islamabad's Red Zone since Tuesday.
The Red Zone in Islamabad houses state buildings and foreign embassies.
