Kabul: Afghan forces arrest ISIS-K group member

Kabul, Apr 24 (IBNS): Security forces have arrested a group member of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria Khurasan (ISIS-K) in Afghanistan capital city Kabul, media reports said.

As per country's Ministry of Interior website, the ISIS-K group member was arrested from Bagrami district, reported Khaama Press.

The name of the person has not been revealed.

No further details have been unveiled so far.

Islamic State is currently in news since it claimed responsibility for the eight bomb blasts in Sri Lanka which claimed 359 lives.
