Kathmandu: Nepali citizens recently demonstrated outside the Pakistani embassy in Kathmandu against the recent destruction of Hindu shrines in Pakistan and the persecution of minorities.

Around 40 people gathered near the embassy for the protest and chanted slogans against the repressive regime of Pakistan, reports ANI.

They chanted slogans like, “Beware Pakistan”, “Stop the persecution of Hindu minorities in Pakistan”, the Indian news agency reported.

A violent mob vandalised a Hindu shrine and set it on fire in Pakistan's Karak district recently.
