London, May 12 (IBNS): A video released by militant group Boko Haram claimed to show the abducted Nigerian school girls, media reports said.

" Islamist militants Boko Haram have released a video apparently showing about 130 girls kidnapped from a school in northern Nigeria on 14 April," BBC reported.

Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau  has said the girls will not be released  until all imprisoned militants were freed.

The video claimed that the girls have been allegedly converted to Islam.

In the video, at least 130 girls are seen wearing Muslim clothes and praying together.

"These girls, these girls you occupy yourselves with... we have indeed liberated them. These girls have become Muslims," Abubakar Shekau was quoted as saying in the video.

Three girls were seen speaking the in video.

"Two girls say they were Christian and have converted to Islam, while the other says she is Muslim," BBC reported.

More than 200 Nigerian school girls were kidnapped last month by militants.
