Pakistan: 23 suspected militants killed in air strikes

Rawalpindi, Dec 18 (IBNS) Air strikes carried out by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has killed at least 23 suspected militants in Pakistan's Shawal and Khyber agency areas, officials said on Friday.

Six terrorist  hideouts have been destroyed in the strikes.

"Successful air strikes were carried out today early in the morning targeting terrorist’s strongholds in areas close to Pak - Afghan border in Shawal and Khyber agency. As a result of precise air strikes, 6 terrorist’s hideouts were destroyed in which 23 hardcore terrorists were killed and more than 10 injured," Pakistan's Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
