PTI announces 'dharna convention' on Sunday

Islamabad, Jan 12 (IBNS):Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Monday said his party will hold a dharna convention on Sunday.

Khan addressed a press conference here and said the party's next course of action will be announced during the convention.

He said his party will again lead protests in Pakistan in case a proper investigation is not undertaken into alleged rigging in the 2013 General Elections.

“If an impartial judicial commission is not setup, we will take to the streets,” the PTI chairman was quoted as saying by Dawn News.

"The people responsible for rigging the vote are the enemies of the state and should be punished for it," he said.
