US President Trump thanks veterans on National Vietnam War Veterans Day

Washington, Mar 30 (IBNS): Signing a new order, S. 305 into law, US President Donald Trump thanks veterans on the first ever National Vietnam War Veterans Day.

"Today we honored our true American heroes on the first-ever National Vietnam War Veterans Day. #ThankAVeteran," his tweet read.

"On Tuesday, March 28, 2017, the President signed into law:

S. 305, the "Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017," which encourages the display of the U.S. flag on March 29, National Vietnam War Veterans Day," a White House statement read.
