US: Six people shot in Washington DC

Washington DC, Sept 20 (IBNS): At least six people were shot in Columbia Heights area of Washington DC on Thursday, media reports said.

At about 10 p.m., police responded to the 1300 block of Columbia Road, Northwest for reports of gunshots. Police confirmed six individuals sustained gunshot wounds,WUSA9 reported.

The victims include five adult males and one adult female, WUSA9 reported.
