Arun Jaitley's defamation suit : HC issues notice to Kejriwal and five AAP leaders

New Delhi, Dec 22 (IBNS) The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued a notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and five other AAP leaders on a defamation suit filed by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley against them, reports said.

The court asked the AAP leaders to file their reply within three weeks. Next date of hearing is on  February 05.

Jaitley  on Monday had filed both civil and criminal defamation cases against Kejriwal and five other AAP leaders, seeking Rs 10 crore in damages for accusing him of corruption in Deslhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) during his tenure as its chief.
