Embassy of India in Kathmandu organizes Consular Camps

New Delhi, Sept 12 (IBNS): The Embassy of India in Kathmandu organized Consular Camps in Bhairahawa (Sept 7-8, 2017), Butwal (September 9, 2017) and Bharatpur (Sept 10, 2017).

During these camps, it provided registration services to more than 600 Indian nationals residing in these cities and their adjoining areas, as well as provided information/advises regarding other consular services, read an official statement.

These camps were held in close cooperation with Bhairawah Chamber of Commerce in Bhairawah, Butwal Chamber of Commerce in Butwal, and Bharatpur Medical College in Bharatpur.

Local chapters of Indian Citizen Association of Nepal (ICAN) also assisted the Embassy team in successful completion of these Camps.

Embassy of India in Kathmandu would also be organizing similar Consular Camp in Pokhara on Sept 16-17, 2017 at Hotel Grande for registration of Indian nationals residing in Pokhara and its adjoining areas.
