Tokyo, Oct 29 (IBNS): Stressing on cementing ties between the two countries, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said India's software and Japan's hardware, if combined, can do wonders.

Modi made the comment while addressing 'Make in India, Digital Partnership and India-Japan Partnership in Africa’ seminar in Japan.

He said: "The benefit of doing business in India is the low cost manufacturing. Behind it, competitive labour cost in India is a big strength. Our big strength is the Information Technology (IT) industry. I have earlier also stated, the combination of India's software and Japan's hardware can do wonders."

Trying to bring investment in the country, Modi even named "Japan Plus" and "Invest India", which are working together.

Modi also stressed on "electric mobility" which he feels will benefit both the countries.

Modi visited Japan to attend the 5th Annual Summit with Shinzo Abe.

He had arrived the country on Saturday
