New Delhi, Oct 10 (IBNS): The Income Tax Department (ITD) on Wednesday raided 16 locations, which are linked to Delhi Minister Kailash Gahlot, in and around the national capital in connection with an alleged tax evasion case, media reports said.

About 30 ITD sleuths have raided the premises.

The searches were conducted as a part of a probe into an alleged tax evasion case of two construction firms liked to Gahlot.

Gahlot holds the Law, Revenue and Transport Ministries in the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi.
