Kanpur/IBNS: A training aircraft crashed in Kanpur on Thursday morning, killing both the pilot and co-pilot, media reports said.

The twin-engine aircraft crashed near the banks of the Ganges River in the city.
The pilot died on the spot, according to initial reports.
The co-pilot also succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
