Ladakh: Army helicopter crashes, no casualty

Ladakh, Sep 5 (IBNS): An Advance Light Helicopter (ALH) of the Army on Tuesday afternoon crashed in eastern Ladakh of Jammu and Kashmir, media reports said.

The Dhruv helicopter crashed at Tsogstalu helipad on Tuesday.

14 Corps commander Lt Gen SK Upadhyay and 3 Div commander Maj Gen Savneet Singh were present during the crash of the helicopter, media reports said.

All passengers, including the two pilots, are safe even as few officers sustained minor injuries.

The Army has ordered an inquiry into the whole incident to find out the reason behind the crash.
