Mass rapes during Haryana Jat protests? Police seek information

| | Feb 27, 2016, at 04:55 am
Murthal, Feb 26 (IBNS): In a chilling revelation, media reports on Friday suggested that women were pulled out of cars and gang-raped on the highway at Haryana's Murthala a week ago, during the Jat quota protests.
The suspicion came to fore after inner wears of women were spotted scattered on the highway.

The police reportedly said that no one has been able to confirm the mass rapes that allegedly took place late on Sunday night.

In fact, no witnesses have come forward in connection with the allegations.

No complaints have been made and villagers have said nothing.

The police is now seeking information on the matter and have appealed to people to assist them.
