Modi visits Atal Bihari Vajpayee's residence to greet him on birthday

New Delhi, Dec 25 (IBNS) Arriving in India after his quick visit to Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday visited former Indian PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's residence here and wished him on his birthday.

"Visited Atal ji at his residence and conveyed birthday greetings to him," Modi tweeted.

He said Nawaz Sharif's affection towards Vajpayee's is 'touching'.

Modi met Sharif during his visit to Pakistan.

"Nawaz Sharif Sahab's affection towards Atal ji is very touching. He recalled their interactions & asked me to convey his regards to Atal ji," the Indian PM tweeted after returning to the nation following his three-nation trip.
