New Delhi, Nov 29 (IBNS): Protesting against the Centre, more than a lakh farmers began a two-day Kisan Mukti March on the outskirts of Delhi on Thursday, media reports said.

The mega rally, which has been organised by the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC), began from Brijwasan and will reach Ramlila grounds in Delhi.

Protesting against the Centre's inability to address the farm crisis, the peasants are demanding special parliamentary session to discuss the agrarian distress.

Farmers also want a complete relief from the farm loans.

Swaraj India president and Swaraj Abhiyan leader, Yogendra Yadav, who is leading the march, tweeted on Thursday morning saying, "Good Morning friends

Women farmers greet us this morning from Brijwasan as they are all set to embark on #KisanMuktiMarch Join us even if you are not a farmer. Join the hands that toil to feed us. Jai Kisan!"

On Friday, the farmers will protest outside the parliament in the national capital.
