PM Modi pays tribute to late Odisha CM Biju Patnaik on his birth anniversary

New Delhi, Mar 5 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday paid his tribute to late Odisha chief minister Biju Patnaik on his birth anniversary.

Calling him a visionary, the PM said, "Biju Babu was a man of the masses & a visionary who devoted his life to serving society. I pay my tributes to him on his birth anniversary."

Patnaik was a two time chief minister of Odisha who passed away in 1997.
