PM Modi to interact with all Gram Sabhas on Panchayati Raj Day

New Delhi, Apr 24 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday is scheduled to interact with all Gram Sabhas across the nation via technology to mark the Panchayati Raj Day.
PM Modi will be in Jharkhand and from there he will address this event.
 
Extending his greetings on the day, Modi tweeted: "Greetings on Panchayati Raj Day & salutations to all those are working to strengthen Panchayati Raj institutions across India."
 
He said, "Efficient & effective Panchayati Raj Institutions will give an impetus to rural development & play a vital role in #TransformingIndia."
 
The UPA started Panchayati Raj Day celebrations on April 24, 2010.
