2nd ODI: India post 304/6

Cardiff, Aug 27 (IBNS): Suresh Raina's well-made 100 and skipper MS Dhoni's 52 helped India post 304 for the loss of six wickets in the second One Day International (ODI) match of the series at Sophia Gardens here on Wednesday.

Raina smashed 12 boundaries and three sixes in his innings.

Ajinkya Rahane (41) , Rohit Sharma and Dhoni scored 52 runs each to post 305 runs target for the hosts.

Ravindra Jadeja (9) and R Ashwin put up  a crucial 16 runs partnership in the seventh wicket which helped India go past the 300-run mark.

Chris Woakes took four wickets by giving away 52 run s for England.
