Happy Birthday: Indian skipper Virat Kohli turns 33

New Delhi: Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who is currently in the UAE to lead his side in the ongoing T20 World Cup, turned 33 on Friday.

Kohli is leading the side as the skipper of the T20 Indian team for the last time in the World T20.

However, India's chances of moving to the semi-finals are slim with the first two defeats  against Pakistan and then New Zealand.

India is currently in fourth place in the list in Group 2.

Kohli will mark the day by playing a group level match against Scotland.

Pakistan is at the top of the chart with four wins.

India won their third match to keep hopes alive with 2 points.

Kohli currently has70 international hundreds (27 in Tests, 43 in ODIs) to his name.

He is just behind Sachin Tendulkar.

Kohli is currently the leading run-scorer in men's T20 internationals.

He has scored 3225 runs in 92 matches.

Kohli has been leading the Indian squad in all formats for several years now.
