Imran Khan marries ex-BBC journo

Islamabad, Jan 8 (IBNS): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former Pakistan cricketer Imran Khan on Thursday married a former BBC weather girl Reham Khan in a low-key ceremony.
The speculative reports of the marriage was doing rounds in the media scenario since long.
 
"Chairman Imran Khan married Reham Khan today in a simple ceremony in Bani Gala," PTI official spokesperson stated.
 
Reham Khan was born in Libya to Pakistani parents and was educated mostly in Britain. 
 
She began her career as a weather forecaster at BBC. She later also worked with the BBC as a broadcast journalist. 
 
In 2013, Reham Khan moved back to Pakistan and joined the Pakistani channel News One to cover the Pakistan elections. 
 
Imran Khan had earlier married Jemima Goldsmith.
 
They divorced in 2004. The couple has two sons together – Sulaiman, 18, and Qasim, 15.
