India bowl out Sri Lanka for 82

Visakhapatnam, Feb 14 (IBNS): Indian spinners dominated the show with R Ashwin picking up four wickets as India bowled out Sri Lanka for 82 runs in the third T20 match of the series here on Sunday.

R Ashwin destroyed the top order as he reduced the visitors to 3-12 at one point in the match.

Dasun Shanaka (19) and Thisara Perera (12) were the only Sri Lankan batsmen to touch the double figure mark.

The remaining of the batsmen returned to the pavilion without contributing much with their willows.

Ashwin ended the day with an impressive figure of 4-1-8-4 while Suresh Raina took two wickets and Ravindra Jadeja picked up a single wicket to end Sri Lanka's party.

Ashish Nehra and Jasprit Bumrah  picked up a wicket each.

India need to score 83 runs in 20 overs to win the match and lift the trophy.

India earlier won the toss and elected to bat first.
