Rahul Dravid agrees to coach India A, India Under-19 teams

Kolkata, June 6 (IBNS): The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday said that former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid has agreed to coach India A and India Under-19 teams.

BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur said in a press conference here: "The good news is that Rahul Dravid has agreed to coach India A and India Under-19 in the future."

Former Indian cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman were earlier incorporated in the cricket advisory committee of the BCCI.

In a press statement, BCCI said on Monday that President of the BCCI,  Jagmohan Dalmiya, has nominated  Sachin Tendulkar,  Sourav Ganguly and  VVS Laxman as esteemed members of the Cricket Advisory Committee of the BCCI, with immediate effect.

These legendary cricketers have accepted the invitation to be part of this Committee, which will advise the BCCI on various progressive steps which are needed to be taken, that will enable Indian Cricket to be better prepared for the challenges of the future.
