Udayjit Bhalotia reigns supreme at the Tolly Juniors Cup 2016

Kolkata, Mar 30 (IBNS): Local lad Udayjit Bhalotia ended up a comfortable eight-stroke winner after posting a two-day total of three-over par 143 at the season opening Tolly Juniors Cup which concluded here at the par 70 Tollygunge Club.

Rajvir Randhawa and Kunal Naidu shared the spoils for the runners up position at 151 followed by Manish Rajak two strokes behind. Aroush Tagore took home the Category B trophy with a score of 162 with Abhikanks Basu taking home the runners up position.

Shushnata Deb beat Smriti Bhargav by ten strokes to capture the Girls Category A&B combined event. Smriti took home the Category B event.

Category C Boys was won by Biren Kumar from Jamshedpur after he beat Kaushal Bagrodia on the first playoff hole as both of them finished with a score of 165. The Girl’s event was won by Tarushi Jain.

Garv Lakhmani won the Category D Boys by seven strokes with a score of 165 over Manhar Bajoria. Sinjini Mukherjee took home the Category D Girls’ event.
